  • Prepare agenda & keep minutes of all club meetings
  • Look after club correspondence

Treasurer

  • Keep details of all receipts and payments
  • Issue receipts & pay invoices
  • Arrange insurance policies

Uniforms Officer

  • Maintain stock of club uniforms
  • Sell uniforms at club competitions and registration days and collect money

Registrar - Little As

  • Receive registration forms and fees from members
  • Forward all registrations to Little Athletics NSW
  • Keep contact details of all members

Registrar - Seniors

  • Receive registration forms and fees from members
  • Forward all registrations to Little Athletics NSW
  • Keep contact details of all members

Data Controller

  • Enter weekly competition results into club computer
  • Provide weekly reports for age managers and athletes

Coaching & Education Coordinator

  • Maintain club coach list and coordinate coaching program
  • Promote athlete development & maintain instructional information

Team Managers Coordinator

  • Recruit, develop & coordinate all age managers
  • Conduct short briefing before club competition

Officer for Organisation of Officials

  • Competition manager for home track competition
  • Maintain list of club qualified officials

Information & Publicity Officer

  • Collate & provide media reports on club competitions or other club happenings

Championships Coordinator (Little As)

  • Coordinate all aspects of championships including athlete selection & submission
  • Organise competition finances, facilities, officials, protests & media reports

Championships Coordinator (Seniors)

  • Coordinate all aspects of championships including athlete selection & submission
  • Organise competition finances, facilities, officials, protests & media reports

Equipment & Technical Requirements Officer

  • Maintain club equipment to required standards
  • Assist with setup and pack up of club competitions

Grounds Maintenance Coordinator

  • Maintain competition areas of Tom Hunter (mowing & line-marking)
  • Liaise with council about facilities management issues

Canteen & Catering Coordinator

  • Coordinate club canteen and BBQ
  • Maintain stock and provide financial reports
  • This position entitles the family's children to free registration for the year

Club Records Officer

  • Monitor and receive club records
  • Maintain club record documentation for handbook and website

Bookings Officer

  • Organise bookings of Tom Hunter for club competitions and coaching
  • Coordinate bookings for school carnivals or other external events

General Committee (min. 3)

  • Attend and contribute to monthly club meetings

Web Site

  • Maintain & administer club website content
